I ordered from them once and everything went smoothly. The site seemed legit, the confirmation emails came through, and my item showed up like it was supposed to. I do kind of regret not paying closer attention to the tracking details though, because they weren’t super clear and I was left wondering where my package was for a bit. Overall, they seem trustworthy enough, I just wish that part had been better

For what it costs, I think it’s worth it. It’s not perfect or anything, but for the price... yeah, I’m happy with it.

I ordered from eleanorrose.com after a friend recommended it to me, and while the item did eventually arrive, the shipping took way longer than I expected. The tracking barely updated for days, so I kept having to check it myself with no real idea of when it would show up. The product was fine, but the wait was frustrating. I’m not sure I’d order again if I needed something by a certain date.

My order had a small issue when it arrived, so I sent support a message while I was making coffee one morning. It took a little while to get sorted, but they actually followed up and fixed it in the end. Not a huge drama, just a bit of back and forth, and everything’s fine now.

The dress is really cute, but I’m not totally sure if it’s just me or the sizing is a bit off. I ordered my usual size and it ended up feeling tighter than I expected. It’s not awful or anything, and I can probably still make it work, but I do wish the fit had been a little more true to size...

I’m frustrated with eleanorrose.com. I emailed them a few times about my order and just got nothing back, which is annoying enough on its own. The weird part is, you get the impression everything is fine when they take your payment, but then when you actually need an update or some help, it’s total silence. It just feels like mixed signals. I don’t mind waiting if someone keeps me in the loop, but being ignored after ordering really puts me off. I wouldn’t order again unless they seriously improve their customer service...

The dress itself was okay, but the color looked really different from the pictures. I was charged right away and didn’t get much of an update, so I was already a little annoyed, and then when it showed up the shade was just not what I expected.

I like the overall look of the site, it has a soft, clean style that feels nice to browse. For some types of pages, that simple design works really well. But on a few others, it starts to feel a bit too basic or repetitive. It’s not bad at all, I just think certain sections could use a little more detail or a stronger layout to keep things more interesting.

I gave 2 stars because, yeah, the package did arrive. So there’s that. But the order itself was wrong. I picked one color and got a completely different one, and then one of the items wasn’t even in the box. I contacted customer service and they did respond eventually, but it took longer than I expected. Then I had to explain the whole thing again, which was frustrating. Not a total disaster or anything. Just annoying when you wait for something and it shows up messed up.

the box showed up a little dented. not a huge deal, but i wish it had been packed a bit better.

I do like a lot of the items on eleanorrose.com, and maybe it was just bad timing on my part, but a few things I wanted were either out of stock or only available in random sizes. The site itself was easy to use, so no real issue there. I just wish the stock was updated a bit better, unless I’m just not checking at the right times.

I had to make a return and the whole process was simple and straightforward. Everything went smoothly overall, though the refund did take a little longer than I expected.

I was really disappointed with this. The material felt cheap and way too thin, like it wouldn’t hold up after a few uses. i don’t think it’s worth buying
